Positives: The model is just cool and is definitely a must have for the UM player. Easy to paint the main body
Negatives: The banner was delivered with banner pole bent in the casting process so warm water didn't work. so I had to trim the banner pole off and reattach it. I will eventually swap the banner pole for a brass rod so this wasn't a big negative
Overall impression: good kit. easy to put together. the painting is pretty straight forward, except for the banner.

I had the same problem with mine. I decided to not use the banner, and later use it for a Standard Bearer or stratagem / objective marker.
